This Course prepares students to Create Culinary and Beverage experiences that are creative, delicious, safe and the science behind food and beverage preparation. It also helps students cultivate a deeper knowledge of the functionality and impact of ingredients through the application of sensory evaluation techniques. • Duration: 2 years (1 year in India and 1 year in abroad). • Academic Qualification: 10 or 10+2 Passed from any recognized Indian School Bond. • Age limit: 26 years.
