2 Years programme in Hotel Management

This course prepares students to go through Culinary and Beverage experiences that are creative, delicious, safe and the science behind food and beverage preparation. It also helps students cultivate a deeper knowledge of the functionality and impact of ingredients through the application of sensory evaluation techniques.

Duration: 2 years (1 year in India and 1 year in abroad). 

Academic Qualification: 10th or 10+2 Pass from any recognized Indian Board. 

Age limit: 26 years.
